Singh assumes new role in Coca-Cola

KATHMANDU , June 25: Coca-Cola has announced key organizational changes in the Pacific Group, recruiting Atul Singh as deputy president for the Pacific Group.



According to a press release issued on Tuesday, the changes will be effective from July 1. Singh, who is currently president and CEO for India and South West Asia Business Unit, will have responsibility over the Greater China & Korea (GC&K) and India & South West Asia (INSWA) Business Units. He will also look after Nepal operations under INSWA. [break]



"Given the enormous growth opportunities in China, and the uniquely competitive beverage landscape, Atul´s focus will largely be on the Greater China and Korea Business Unit which also includes Taiwan, Mongolia and Hong Kong & Macau," reads the release.
