Chief conservation officer Yubaraj Regmi said the entry fee for Nepali nationals has been increased to Rs. 50 per person from Rs. 25, for the visitors from the SAARC countries to Rs. 500 from Rs. 200 per person and for other third country visitors to Rs. 1,000 from Rs. 500.
Similarly, the fee taken for camping for Nepali nationals has been raised from Rs. 50 per person to Rs. 200, for visitors from SAARC countries from Rs. 200 to Rs. 500 per person and for those from other third countries from Rs. 500 to Rs. 1,000.
Likewise, the fee for jungle drive has been raised from Rs. 1,000 to Rs. 2,000 per person. The fee for elephant safari for Nepalis has been hiked to Rs. 500 per person, for visitors from SAARC countries to Rs. 1,500 per person and for those from other third countries to Rs. 2,500 per person.
