Organized by WE International and Ganga Club, the concert features performances by well-known fusion bands, Kutumba and Trikaal in promotion of the Lumbini Tourism Year 2012. [break]
The proceeds from the concert will be donated to My Small Help, a charity organization working for underprivileged children.
“I think it will be a wonderful experience, enjoying traditional folk music from folk maestros Trikaal and Kutumba on one of the most auspicious of days,” says Prabin Lal Joshi, chairman at WE International, adding, “I think it’s the first time that these bands are taking stage together.”
The concert is scheduled to start from 5 pm onwards.
