For breakfast, Shehnaaz has typical Indian breakfast like dosas, fenugreek parathas, moong dal chilla which are high in protein. She just ensures to eat in limitation.
Dinner and lunch
She keeps her lunch and dinner light. Her lunch and dinner comprise a bowl of dal and 2 chapatis.
Walking for weight loss
The actress said that to shed kilos it is not necessary to follow a complex workout routine. Even walking at home can be helpful.

Shehnaaz shared that willpower and managing the craving is essential for weight loss. During her weight loss journey, she avoided eating outdoors and it helped her a lot.
