Shaandaar Momo Gas Explosion: Two injured victims succumb to injuries

Police said that the two injured died on Monday while undergoing treatment at Kirtipur Burn Hospital. The other injured are still undergoing treatment at the same hospital.

KATHMANDU, Feb 10: Two of the injured in the tragic cooking gas cylinder explosion at Shaandaar Momo outlet in Kamal Pokhari four days ago have died. 


Police said that the two injured died on Monday while undergoing treatment at Kirtipur Burn Hospital. The other injured are still undergoing treatment at the same hospital.

According to the Kathmandu Police Range, the deceased has been identified as Rabin Rai,18, and Bhim Bahadur Ghale.


A total of 11 male workers working in the outlet had sustained injuries in the incident that occurred on February 6.
