The half-yearly report published by INSEC states that there are more inmates than the actual capacity in the district jail in Baitadi.  There are currently 87 prisoners in the prison that has capacity to accommodate only 25 inmates.

Likewise, the report states that some students at school still do not have textbooks. The report has shown that the health institutions in the district do not have adequate equipment and necessary facilities. Stakeholders present at the program said that initiatives would be taken to solve the problems, said Badu.
