Seven fall ill in mushroom poisoning

DANG, July 13: Seven members of Dhan Bahadur Pun’s family in Siddhedhara, Tulsipur Municipality-7 have taken ill after consuming poisonous wild mushroom.



They include 21-year-old Balika Pun, 14-year-old Chet Bahadur Pun, 11-year-old Shobharam Pun, 12-year-old Tara Bahadur Pun, 10-year-old Purna Bahadur Pun and 1-year-old Rajkumar Pun. They are undergoing treatment at Dirghayu Polyclinic in Tulsipur.



Area Police Office Tulsipur said they fell ill after consuming poisonous mushroom brought from the jungle.
