URLABARI (Morang), Nov 19: The schools in Morang have raised fund for the cancer treatment of 12 – year – old Utsav Dhimal of Jirikhimti of Pathari Shanischare – 8.
Eight schools within the town collected Rs 115,127 from among the teachers, students, employees and school administrators for treatment of Utsav's brain cancer.
Utsav had undergone a surgery at Dirghayu Hospital in Kathmandu for what was thought to be brain tumor but he was later taken to Tata Hospital in Mumbai, India for chemotherapy for what was diagnosed as cancer.
Utsav's father Chatra Bahadur Dhimal said they have already spent Rs 1.8 million for the various treatment expenses including chemotherapy. RSS
