KANCHANPUR, Nov 9: At least seven students and a teacher were injured when a school bus met with an accident near the Chautara river at Dulaina locality along the Belauri highway today.
The Chandra Surya Boarding School bus (Ma 1 Kha 607) crashed when a tipper was trying to overtake it.
Seven students and a teacher were injured in the accident, said Inspector, Sudam Rawal, of Area Police Office, Jhalari. The injured are undergoing treatment at Jhalari and are out of danger. The police have impounded the tipper whereas the bus driver fled the scene after the accident. RSS
