The selected players (24 boys and six girls) will receive 100 percent scholarship in six different colleges of Kathmandu as well as basketball training. [break]
The selected players will be provided regular training for two years by NeBA. The concept of regular training has been raised so that NeBA will have a good team of U-17 and U-19 for future tournaments.
The selected players will be enrolled at Nobel Academy, Morgan International College, Premier College, Xavier International, White House International College and VS Niketan.
Among the selected players in the boys´ category, Prasanna Man Shrestha, Susan Maharjan, Narahari Gautama nd Bijay Rai will receive Scholarships from Morgan College. Rajiv Shahi, Prasanna Kumar Pradhan, Devendra Rana and Sajan are enrolled at Nobel Academy. Premier has provided Scholarships to Krishna Shrestha, Bikesh Prajapati, Sudip Acharya and Gautam Subedi.
Xavier International has enrolled Uttam Maharjan, Bhusan Pyakurel, Yogesh Maharjan and Sanjeeev Maharjan while White House has selected Tham Paija, Ishowr Pun, Ayush Shrestha and Raish Doj Joshi. VS will provide Scholarships to Sizar Awale, Biplash Maharjan, Laxman Kafle and Avinash Tamang.
In the girls´ category, Morgan has enrolled Kunti Simali and Pratibha Chaudhary and White House has provided Scholarships to Simran Maharjan and Puja Magar while Premier has taken Shreya Shrestha and Bhumika Maharjan.
