Along with the writ petition filed by current Secretary of Ministry of Communication and Information Technology Krishna Bahadur Raut, former Election Commission Commissioner Sudhir Kumar Shah, Bhatbhateni department Store owner Min Bahadur Gurung and ex-employee Dharma Prasad Gautam, SC has been hearing six cases related to it from last Monday. The hearing is underway at the bench of Justices Prakash Kumar Dhungana and Nahakul Subedi. After the hearing was concluded yesterday, the SC is going to pronounce its decision today.
