KATHMANDU, Jan 12: With the Supreme Court scrapping the writ petition demanding not to implement the new curriculum of grades 11 and 12, the new curriculum will be enforced in the schools across the country.

A joint bench of justices Tej Bahadur KC and Prakash Kumar Dhungana on Tuesday refused to issue an interim order, but issued a directive order.

A writ petition was filed by Bhagwata Aryal and others on October 10 against the Curriculum Development Center, Pokhara, Mid Western, Far Western, Purbanchal, Kathmandu and Agriculture and Forestry universities, demanding not to enforce the newly introduced curriculum in those classes.
