KATHMANDU, June 9: Supreme Court has ordered to register the writ petition against Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal.
Lenin Bista filed a writ petition in the Supreme Court against PM Dahal, claiming that it was a war crime to force an unintelligent minors like him to be used as a child soldier and forcefully expelling them from the camp as disqualified combatant.
Earlier, the Supreme Court administration had rejected his petition saying that it would be decided according to transitional justice.
A single bench of Justice Ananda Mohan Bhattarai ordered the SC administration to register the writ petition on Friday.
