KATHMANDU, Oct 16: The body of centenarian Satya Mohan Joshi will not be cremated.
The body of Joshi, who already agreed to donate his body after his death, will be kept using chemicals for study.
A discussion held between Joshi's family, Kist Hospital and representatives of Lalitpur Metropolitan City decided not to cremate his body and donate it for further research.
Joshi died on Sunday morning at the age of 103. He died while undergoing treatment at Kist Hospital.
