Speaking to journalists at a press conference organized at party office, Koteshowr, Sapkota made it clear that chairman of Interim Government Council Khilraj Regmi will not resign from the post of Chief Justice (CJ). [break]
"Chairman Regmi would not resign from the post of CJ,” said Sapkota, adding, “I urged everyone to put their focus on elections as the issue is more important then the resignation of CJ ".
On the occasion, Sapkota accused Nepali Congress (NC) and CPN-UML for being reluctant to go for poll.
“If the NC and UML were interested on the election, the new date of election would have already been fixed,"Sapkota remarked.
