KATHMANDU, Feb 1: South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) Program Committee's 53rd meeting is underway in the capital city.
The meeting is being led by Foreign Ministry's Regional Organization Division Chief Mani Prasad Bhattarai.Nepal is hosting the meeting in capacity as the SAARC Chair.

The meeting taking place under an initiative of the SAARC Secretariat is being attended by joint secretaries under foreign/external ministries of the eight SAARC member states responsible for regional organizations.
The meeting will deliberate on SAARC's activities since mid April 2016, operation of the SAARC Secretariat and the budget for the next year. RSS
