"This unholy alliance must be swept away to save the country's economy, to prevent domestic and foreign reactionaries from manipulating it, and to achieve the goal of prosperity. The UML must win. Please go to the people with this message,” he told the leaders.

Stating that Banke district should now be made a stronghold of the UML, Chairman Oli also instructed the leaders and cadres to work actively to win all the office bearers positions at the local level.

Oli said the country's economy had collapsed within nine months of the UML's exit from the government due to incompetence of the ruling five-party alliance. He said that the UML should win to overcome all these problems facing the country.
