Rs 7.8m Turkish aid to KU

KATHMANDU, April 5: The Embassy of Turkey and the Kathmandu University, School of Management (KUSOM) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), as per which the former will provide Rs 7.87 million in assistance on Friday. CP Khetan, Honorary Consul General of Turkey and the Professor Subash KC, the dean of the university signed the agreement, according to a press release by the Turkish Embassy. [break]







The assistance amount will be used by KUSOM to build a 10-room girls hostel and other facilities on its premises.



The School will be using 5,000 sq ft of unused land for building construction at Balkumari, Lalitpur.
