DHANGADHI, August 3: Rastriya Prajatantra Party leader Keshar Bahadur Bista has said that they will revive the monarchy through a mass movement if the Constituent Assembly (CA) polls are not held.

Speaking to media persons at Dhangadhi on Saturday, Bista said, "The CA polls alone can provide a solution to the country." Maintaining that if the state fails to hold CA polls on the slated date of November 19, Gyanendra should be restored as king with power.[break]
