Hinting at party chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal, Dr Bhattarai said that this situation had occurred in the party as some leaders consider the party as their fiefdom.
Bhattarai also said that the weakening democratic culture and internal democracy in the Maoist party could seriously affect the ongoing peace process.
