A part of the course requirements of the Bachelors of Fashion Design (BFD) program under Purbanchal University, Nepal, 27 graduating designers participated at the fashion event. [break]
The graduating designers previously displayed the swatch work of their designs under the “Creative Round” sequence to the panel of judges consisting Vice President of Saakha Group Mr Kiran Prakash Saakha, Actor Karishma Manandhar, Chairperson of Yasmine Studio Mrs Yasmine Rana, Director of Chaahat Boutique Mr Rajesh Dhakhwa, and CEO of Square One Fashion Mrs Anu Shrestha.
Sanij Shrestha, the college coordinator informed that students have to put together a fashion event to secure 50% of the marks for the Fashion Show subject.
Fashion Show, 100%. The students didn’t hesitate in playing bold colors and natural fabrics.
They worked on various themes that comprised of Wrap Reverie, Kurta Kult and Prints.
