Remote health-post providing round-the-clock services

GULMI, Oct 26: A sub-health post in remote area of Gulmi district has been offering 24-hour health services to the locals.



Amarpur sub-health post that was established with the initiatives of locals has been providing services round the clock. [break]



The sub-health post is some 12 miles far from the district headquarters of Gulmi, Tamghas. Locals said people of Kumal community residing in the nearby areas were highly benefited from the services.



Senior Assistant Health Worker Yubraj Bhandari said over 1,000 people received services so far as part of the 24-hour health services since the beginning of this service.



The sub-health post has been providing maternity service, emergency service and family planning service.
