BHOJPUR, Oct 21: Over Rs 60 million has been so far distributed to the earthquake survivors in Bhojpur district.
According to Assistant Chief District Officer and Information Officer of District Administration Office, Rajan Pandey, the relief assistance of Rs 62.95 million was distributed to the earthquake-affected families including those killed.
As many as 3,751 houses were completely damaged while 6,561 houses saw partial damage in two municipalities and 54 VDCs of the district due to earthquake, said Bhojpur District Administration Office.
The family of those killed in the earthquake was provided with the relief aid of Rs 800,000., Assistant CDO informed. The DAO sources said other quake affected family each was provided with Rs 15,000. RSS
