KATHMANDU, Dec 16: The Chitra Bahadur KC-led Rashtriya Janamorcha has expressed sorrow over the loss of lives in the Sindhupalchowk bus accident.
"We are saddened to know that bus en route to Bhaktapur from Kalinchowk of Dolakha met with the accident, and in which 15 people were killed and 17 others were injured," the party stated in a press release on Monday.
In the press release, the party has paid tribute to those who lost their lives and expressed deep sympathy for the victims' families. The party also wished for the speedy recovery of those injured in the incident.
Drawing the attention of the government over frequent road accidents, the party urged the concerned stakeholders to enforce measures to minimize such incidents in the future.
