KATHMANDU, Nov 29: Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) National Chairperson Pashupati Shumsher Rana has said the constitution would not be implemented by keeping aside a force of the Madhes.
At a function organized on Monday, Rana noted, “Works are underway to forge consensus so as to widen the acceptance of the national charter”.

RPP has seconded the agenda of the constitution amendment, he said, stressing the need to hold referendum to decide the issue of Hindu religion.
However, the present amendment proposal would not feature the agenda of removing secularism from the constitution. RSS
