POKHARA, Jan 21: Provincial assembly member of Gandaki Province Rajiv Gurung aka Deepak Manange has manhandled All Nepal Football Association Kaski chairperson Milan Gurung at a public event in Kaski today.
The incident took place during the inaugural of the Chief Minister Football Cup at Bhandardhik ground in Pokhara. Manange kicked Gurung accusing the latter of not taking good care of a youth club coming to take part in the football tournament from Manang. However, Gurung said that they had provided all support to the club.

Manange also accused Gurung of promoting corruption. Gurung said he would go for a legal battle. Before the incident, the duo had engaged in a heated debate.
Prithvi Subba Gurung, the chief minister of Gandaki Province arrived at the scene couple of minutes after the brawl took place.
Manange, a gangster-turned provincial assembly member, has courted controversy yet again following today's incident.
