POKHARA, April 29: Chief Minister of Gandaki Province, Prithvi Subba Gurung expanded his cabinet on Thursday, appointing Rajib Gurung aka Dipak Manange as the Minister for Youth and Sports.
Gurung will be administered the oath of office and secrecy later today, according to Bikram Neupane, press aide to CM Gurung.

Gangster-turned provincial assembly member Gurung was elected from Manang (B) in the 2017 provincial elections.
A controversial figure who has served jail sentences in the past, Manange had won the elections with the support of the ruling CPN-UML.
