According to the Parbat Transport Entrepreneurs´ Committee, transport services could not be operated since Sunday morning, as roads are muddy following the rainfall.
Official of the Committee, Durga Khand, said that all rural roads except for Kusma-Phalebas are obstructed.
Transport service is being operated along around 1,000 kilometers of graveled roads in villages of the district in summer season.
Similarly, Maldhunga-Beni road section, linking the district headquarters of Myagdi district, Beni to national highway, has also been obstructed from Sunday evening.
The road section was obstructed after a truck trapped in a dilapidated bridge at Lungdi rivulet at Milan Chowk in Parbat district.
According to the District Police Office, Parbat, initiatives are underway to resume transport services by pulling out the truck.
Meanwhile, power supply, which was disrupted for the past four days in Dhaulagiri Zone, has resumed.
The electricity service was disrupted in Dhaulagiri zone after some problems were seen in the sub-station of the Modikhola Hydropower Centre in Deupur VDC in the district.
More than 50,000 electricity users in the zone were affected since Friday evening due to the problem.
