KATHMANDU, August 11: Some parts of the country are likely to receive rain with thunderstorms today.
According to the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology, light to moderate rain with thunders and lightning are predicted in some mountainous areas and limited places of the remaining belt due to partial to general changes in the weather systems.

There is a possibility of heavy rainfall in one-two areas of Bagmati and Karnali provinces. Presently, the low pressure line of the monsoon is moving toward the south from its average location.
