KATHMANDU, June 4: Light to moderate rainfall with thunderstorms and lightning has been predicted in some places of the country. However, the weather across the country is partially to generally cloudy.
According to the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology (DHM), there is influence of local wind as well as low pressure trough spread from Uttar Pradesh of India to West Bangladesh.
Light to moderate rainfall likely in some parts of the country...
The sky in hilly areas of the country including in Province 1 and Madhesh Province would witness partially to generally cloudy weather while there is a possibility of light to moderate rainfall along with thunderstorm and lightning in some places of Province 1, Madhes Province, Bagmati and Gandaki Provinces, according to the DHM.
The weather in Province 1, Madhes, Bagmati and Gandaki Provinces is partially to generally cloudy as well as few places of Province 1 and Madhes Provinces have now been experiencing light rainfall with thunderstorms and lightning.
According to the Meteorological Forecasting Division, the minimum temperature of Kathmandu Valley on Saturday was recorded 19.8 degree Celsius and maximum temperature 29.5 degree Celsius.
Jumla recorded the lowest temperature 12.8 degree Celsius and Dipayal recorded highest temperature 40.4 degree Celsius on Saturday
