KATHMANDU, Sept 20: Rabi Lamichhane, chairman of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), has reportedly earned over Rs 10 million in salary while serving as the managing director of Galaxy Television.

A report released by the parliamentary special investigation committee, which was formed to look into the misappropriation of cooperatives’ savings, revealed that Lamichhane received Rs 7.4 million during the fiscal year 2021/22 and Rs 3 million in the previous fiscal year 2020/21. In total, Lamichhane collected Rs 10.4 million in two years.
