Quality, practical education essential: PM Oli

KATHMANDU, Dec 13: Prime Minister and Chancellor of Pokhara University, KP Sharma Oli, has said Nepal is in need of quality and practical education by ending politics in university education.

PM Oli said at the 16th annual general meeting of the Pokhara University held at PM's residence, Baluwatar, on Sunday.The general meeting passed an 8-point proposal with issues as amendment of the University Regulation, and suggestion on management of temporary teachers.

It also approved the budget of Rs 498 million for the fiscal year 2072/073BS.

The meeting was presided over by Chancellor and PM Oli. RSS
