KATHMANDU, May 28: Qatar Airways celebrated the month of Ramadan by observing the Iftar dinner with distinguished guests from different sectors of Nepal. "During the dinner, government officials, representatives of Nepal Hajj Committee, dignitaries from different religions, and delegates from different embassies were in attendance," the airline said in a statement. "Iftar is a traditional evening meal when Muslims break their daily fast at sunset in the month of Ramdan." Qatar Airways has been operating four flights a day from Kathmandu to Doha, from where people can travel to more than 150 destinations across the globe, the airline added in the statement.
