Students padlocked the university offices alleging that the university authorities did not implement an agreement reached earlier to ensure student representation in the university assembly slated to be held in Kathmandu Thursday.The students had earlier agreed to open the padlock after a committed headed by a dean agreed on March 19 to ensure student representation in the assembly.
