KATHMANDU, July 1: Protests against caretaker Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli have intensified in Kathmandu.
Student unions affiliated to the opposition alliance are seen demonstrating and protesting against the government on a daily basis for the past few days.
The youths burned effigies of Prime Minister KP Oli and President Bidya Devi Bhandari at the Exhibition Road in capital Kathmandu on Thursday as per their plans announced earlier.
Hearing on a number of writ petitions filed by the opposition parties at the Supreme Court is currently underway.
