Promulgation of Nepal Constitution 2015

President Ram Baran Yadav promulgated Nepal Constitution 2015 amidst a special ceremony at the Constituent Assembly (CA) hall on Sunday evening.The ceremony was attended by Vice President Parmananda Jha, Prime Minister Sushil Koirala, CA members, diplomats and high dignitaries.
