KATHMANDU, Dec 31: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal has reached Chitwan. This is his first visit to his home district after he was appointed as the Prime Minister for the third time on Sunday.
Prime Minister Dahal reached Chitwan to inaugurate the 60th Anniversary Celebration of Narayani Namuna Secondary School. He is scheduled to return to Kathmandu today itself after participating in the program.

The school has been recognized as the second biggest and best community school in the country, according to Purna Dawadi, Principal of the School. The School attained 93.05 marks out of 100 in the recently held examination/evaluation by the Quality Determination Centre in all community schools across the country.
A total of 3,570 students are currently studying in this school, which started as a night school on May 20, 1963. Prime Minister Dahal is scheduled to lay the foundation stone of the newly-constructed building and attend a science exhibition and food festival. Dahal is a resident of Ward No 14 of Bharatpur Metropolitan City.
