KATHMANDU, Nov 18: The price of gold, which has been rising steadily in Nepali market for the past few days, has risen by Rs 200 per tola to Rs 94,500 on Wednesday. The yellow metal was traded at Rs 94,300 per tola in the domestic market.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of standard gold today is Rs 94,000 per tola. It was Rs 93,800 per tola the previous day.
Gold price swells to Rs 62,200 a tola
Similarly, the price of silver today has remained stable as compared to the previous trading price, the federation said. Silver was traded at Rs 1,280 per tola on Wednesday.
The federation has been fixing the price of gold and silver in Nepal in line with the transaction price of the international market.
