Gold price increases by Rs 1,200 per tola

KATHMANDU, Feb 15: The price of gold increased by Rs 1,200 per tola to Rs 96,700 on Tuesday. The price of gold, which was traded at Rs 95,500 per tola on Sunday, remained stable on Monday.

KATHMANDU, Feb 15: The price of gold increased by Rs 1,200 per tola to Rs 96,700 on Tuesday. The price of gold, which was traded at Rs 95,500 per tola on Sunday, remained stable on Monday.


According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of standard gold on Tuesday is Rs 96,200 per tola. It was Rs 95,000 per tola yesterday. Similarly, the price of silver today increased by Rs 20 per tola to Rs 1,320.

Likewise, gold is trading at around USD 1,878 per ounce in international markets today.


The federation has been fixing the price of gold and silver in Nepal in line with the transaction price of the international market.
