Price of gold increases by Rs 1,400 per tola

KATHMANDU, Nov 9: The price of gold and silver increased in the domestic market on Wednesday.



As compared to Tuesday, the price of gold has increased by Rs 1,400 per tola, according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association.

According to the Federation, the price of fine gold is Rs 95,400 per tola today. It was traded at Rs 94,000 per tola on Tuesday.


On Tuesday, standard gold was traded at Rs 93,500 per tola. It is being traded at Rs 94,900 per tola today.


Similarly, the price of silver has also increased by Rs 30 per tola on Wednesday. Today, silver is being traded at Rs 1,295 per tola. Silver was traded at Rs 1,265 per tola on Tuesday


Today, gold is being traded at 1,709 USD per ounce in the international market.
