KATHMANDU, Sept 3: President Dr Ram Baran Yadav´s visit to Pokhara was called off for the second day on Friday as his flight could not take off due to bad weather conditions.

The president was scheduled to attend the golden jubilee celebration of Prithvi Narayan Shah Campus on Thursday.
