President Yadav's son continues protests

KATHMANDU, Sept 7: Taking strong exception to the decision made by the selection committee, Nepali Congress (NC) leader Chandra Mohan Yadav, who is also the son of President Ram Baran Yadav, has been continuously staging protests outside the party´s district office Dhanusha for the last four days.



 He said that the district chapter of the party did not nominate him as some of the party´s leaders are against his candidacy. [break]



“The party will suffer a great loss if I am not fielded as the candidate for the upcoming polls,” said Yadav. “I am a doctor and am capable of representing the party from Tarai-Madhes,” added Yadav.



He also claimed that victory was certain if he were fielded from Dhanusha.
