Sources said President Dr Yadav will first undergo medical checkup at Tokyo University Teaching Hospital Tuesday as per the suggestion of the Japanese government. Whether to take him to some other well-equipped hospital will be decided after the medical checkup. [break]
Sources said the doctors who have accompanied President Yadav will stay with him at the hospital while the accommodation of other members in his entourage has been made at a hotel. The president"s entourage had left for Tokyo via Thai Air Monday afternoon.

Earlier, an emergency cabinet meeting held on Sunday had decided to send him to Tokyo for treatment as per the recommendation of the medical board on Saturday. The medical board made the recommendation after medical checkup at TU Teaching Hospital, Maharajgunj and Grande International Hospital, Dhapasi, showed that there was some serious problem in his large intestines.
President Dr Yadav is accompanied by his son Dr Chandra Mohan Yadav, daughter Anita Yadav, legal advisor Surya Dhungel, personal physician Yadav Bhatta, gastro physician at TU Teaching Hospital, Maharajgunj Shashi Sharma, Chief of Protocol Niranjan Man Singh Basnyat and three security personnel.
President Yadav had been manifesting gastroenteritis complication since long.
