KATHMANDU, Dec 7: President Bidya Devi Bhandari has appealed to all the Nepali brothers and sisters to exercise their precious franchise by participating in the election to the House of Representatives and State Assemblies today.
Issuing a message today in the name of the voters on the occasion of the second phase of election to the House of Representatives and Provincial Assemblies, President Bhandari has said that the HoR and provincial assembly elections were very significant and historical for the implementation of the Constitution of Nepal.

She has also expressed the confidence that the elections would, upon successful completion, bring political stability to the country and build an economy based on social justice and equality. "Participating in this election is not only to exercise one's sovereign rights, but to make a notable contribution to building a prosperous Nepal," she has said in the message.
The President has, in the message, requested all the voters to take part in the second phase of election to the House of Representatives and Provincial Assembly with enthusiasm and vigour, and thereby make the democratic process stronger and successful. RSS
