On a query, he said the parliamentary party leader should be the prime minister in line with the party statute if opportunity comes along to lead the government.
The seven-point agreement was signed seeing the possibility of its implementation, he clarified.
Agriculture revolution is a must to prevent youths from going abroad for employment and expedite the development efforts ahead, he argued.
Meanwhile, leader Poudel said the peace process would reach to a logical conclusion following the implementation of seven point deal reached among the parties.
He said this while addressing the foundation stone laying program of Keshabtar Youth Club in Tanahun on Monday.
