BIRGUNJ, Jan 16: Preparations for the second General Convention of Madhesi People’s Rights Forum is complete, organizers said here Friday.
All the senior leaders including party cahirman and Minister for Foreign Affairs Upendra Yadav, Minister for Physical Planning and Works Bijay Gachchhadar and Agriculture Minister JP Gupta have arrived in town for the convention that will be inaugurated at BP Garden near Ghantaghar Saturday noon.
About 700 representatives from 22 tarai districts and Kathmandu and Gorkha districts in the hills are arriving in the town to attend the three-day convention that is expected to settle its internal feud.
