Nammi EV will set a new benchmark in the EV market in Pokhara. Compared to its competitors, Nammi is bigger in both size and width and features many segment-first and segment-best attributes. Unveiled a month ago in Kathmandu, Nammi EV received 717 bookings during the NADA Auto Show.

At the event, founder of Nammi Pokhara Ambika Bhattarai expressed happiness in representing the Nammi EV in Pokhara. He emphasized that after-sales service would be given equal importance to the sales efforts for the EV. “Customer satisfaction will be our top priority,” he said.

During the event, former president of Independent Power Producers’ Association Nepal, Krishna Acharya, highlighted the need for EV companies to pay special attention to after-sales service and charging stations. He also suggested banning fossil fuel vehicles from Pokhara’s Lakeside area to spread awareness about EVs nationwide. “The country’s biggest loss accrued by the use of petroleum products,” the statement quotes Acharya saying, “This can be compensated by utilizing the country’s available hydropower resources.”
