KATHMANDU, Jan 11: Dongfeng Nammi, imported by MAW Vriddhi Motors Pvt Ltd officially launched its showroom in Nepal on Friday. To celebrate the grand opening, Nammi is hosting a Mega Test Drive Camp, offering limited-time offers for customers.
According to a press statement issued by the company, the inauguration event was graced by distinguished personalities, including Fan Zhiyuan, Country Manager of Dongfeng Motors, Vishnu Kumar Agarwal, Chairman of MAW Vriddhi Group, Vivek Sikaria, MD of MAW Vriddhi, and Prashanna Panta, Business Head of MAW Vriddhi Motors, along with Nammi’s customers and media representatives.
The statement reads, “The grand event follows the successful launch of Nammi in August 2024, which featured performances by Wild Ripperz, Sabin Rai and the Pharaoh, alongside a stylish fashion show. This innovative launch event created significant buzz and helped establish Nammi’s strong market entry in Nepal.”

“Within just one month of its launch, Nammi has attracted over 400 customers, showcasing strong demand in the Nepalese market. The new showroom opening served as the perfect occasion to celebrate with the customers who had already booked their vehicles. The event also introduced the much-awaited silver color variant of Nammi, with a joyful cake-cutting ceremony and a formal tour of the showroom’s modern facilities,” the company mentions in the statement.

In addition to the showroom opening, Nammi has announced a Mega Test Drive Camp, which will take place from January 11th to 16th at the Nagpokhari showroom in Naxal. The camp will allow potential customers to experience Nammi firsthand and take advantage of “now or never” mega offers, which include a 7kW wall charger and attractive cash discounts.
Customers who test drive the vehicle will receive exciting gift hampers, and those who book a vehicle will be offered a complimentary night stay at Hotel Country Villa in Nagarkot. Additionally, customers can exchange their vehicles for a great exchange value and drive home in a new Nammi, according to the statement.
