KATHMANDU, Dec 25: Prabhu Helicopter Limited is going to issue an IPO worth Rs 66 million. The company has appointed Muktinath Capital Limited as the sales manager to sell the shares to the general public. According to the company, 666,000 units of shares worth Rs 66 million will be issued at the rate of Rs 100 per share.
The contract for appointment of sales manager was signed by Subhash Amatya, managing director on behalf of Prabhu Helicopter and Kabindra Dhoj Joshi, chief executive officer on behalf of Muktinath Capital.

According to the business plan, Prabhu Group claims that it will be the first helicopter company in the country to go public.
Established in 2009, this helicopter company is currently providing commercial chartered flight services through Airbus H125 and Robinson R66 helicopters.
Keeping in view the tourism and aviation industry that has returned to the rhythm after the Covid-19 pandemic is under control, the company has planned to add two H125 series helicopters of the Airbus company within the next two years.
