Power supply resumes in Tatopani area

KATHMANDU, Aug 11: The power supply in Tatopani region has resumed as it was obstructed by a sudden flood occurred in the Bhotekoshi River on June 5.

KATHMANDU, Aug 11: The power supply in Tatopani region has resumed as it was obstructed by a sudden flood occurred in the Bhotekoshi River on June 5. 



The flood had swept away the transformer and electricity poles there. The Nepal Electricity Authority, Sunkosi centre has stated that regular power supply has been provided at the dry port construction area at Tatopani VDC after Division Road Office repaired the road section there. 



The locals at Barhabise, Gati, Marming, Maneshwara, Ghumthang, Listi among other VDCs were compelled to live in darkness since June 5. RSS
